Heavy Crown Network Shop Return & Refund Policy

At Heavy Crown Network Shop, many of our items are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color selected by the customer
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Preference changes after purchase

Please review all product details, sizing information, and order selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at heavycrownnet@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your full name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A photo of the shipping label

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order. Because many of our products are made to order and may enter production quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this period.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

A replacement item
A store credit
A refund to your original payment method

The resolution provided will be determined at our discretion based on the issue reported.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
